CD-ROM projects have a wide range of complexity. A relatively simple project may contain movies, graphics, and text presented in an appropriate user interface. A complex project (such as a training course) may be database-driven, with content delivery dictated by sophisticated evaluation of user input and profiles. We have created CD-ROM modules that allow students to enter and graph their own data and evaluate the results. Challenging and unique assessment exercises can be created in this environment.
